The Cooper Shop was an important part of communal life in the Amana Colonies. It was here that barrels, tubs, and wagon wheels were made. This original building is owned by the Amana Heritage Society.
The Middle Amana Cooper Shop is part of the Amana Heritage Society's museum system. Admission to the museum includes admission to the Cooper Shop.
